Find your inner peace

In this section you will find answers to frequently asked questions that will help you quickly find the information you need.

How can I book a session?

You can book an appointment for a psychotherapy or crisis session by email or using the calendar on our website. To book the "Return to Self" program, please contact us by email, WhatsApp or contact form.

Are sessions online or in person?

Currently all sessions are online. There will be a possibility to schedule in person sessions in future. Sessions will be held in Warsaw, Poland.

What issues can I come with?

I work with people aged 18 and over. You can contact me if you are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, depression, a life crisis, or relationship difficulties. I also support people with ADHD, bipolar disorder, bereavement, survivors of violence (including sexual abuse), trauma, work problems, low self-esteem, or mood, sleep, and concentration disorders.

I also provide crisis intervention and work with individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts. You can also contact me if you'd like to better understand yourself and consciously work on your personal development.

If you are unsure whether your topic falls within the scope of my work, please write to us and we will determine this together.

How is psychotherapy different from the “Return to Self” process?

Individual psychotherapy focuses primarily on addressing emotional difficulties, crises, psychological symptoms, and deeper patterns of functioning. It is a longer therapeutic process based on specific frameworks, ethics, and psychotherapeutic methods, aimed at improving psychological well-being and better self-understanding.

"Return to Self" is an intensive, month-long development process with daily support and two sessions per week, aimed at individuals who are ready for change and the work it entails, who want to consciously work on their patterns, habits, and the direction they are heading. It combines elements of coaching, working with the subconscious, and tools that support change, focusing more on development, decisions, and the future than on clinical work.

The choice depends on your needs. You can call to discuss and we can determine together which path will be more suitable for you.

How does the first session look like?

The first session is primarily a relaxed conversation. You don't need to prepare for it or know exactly what to say—you can simply start with what's most important to you right now.

We'll ask a few questions to better understand your situation, but we always tailor the pace and scope of the conversation to your needs. This is also a time for you to assess whether you feel safe and comfortable – a good relationship is the foundation of effective therapy.

At the end of the session we will discuss how and if you would want to work together.

Is my data confidential?

Yes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Act, everything discussed during a session remains between you and your therapist. Documents and notes are destroyed one month after the end of the relationship.

Can you provide a diagnosis or certificate? (if applicable)

No, unfortunately we do not provide diagnoses as it is against company policy.

Is one session enough?

Psychotherapy is a process, so a single session can begin to expand awareness and introduce change, but it is a highly individualized process, with a minimum of six therapy sessions recommended. A crisis session, on the other hand, is designed to bring a sense of relief and finding meaning in moments of crisis during a single session.
